These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pa99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pa99 website accessible at https://pa99.club and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or platform mirrors operated by pa99.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing the pa99 Login page, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the pa99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pa99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the pa99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms as of the date of amendment.

pa99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or contact details on file.

To be eligible to register and use the pa99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum with no exceptions under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party or commercial entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended pa99 account under the same or a different identity.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order at pa99 or any other gambling platform that remains in force.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment, or coercion at the time of registering or placing any wager.
• All personal information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

pa99 conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks on all accounts before processing any withdrawal request. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of the registered mobile number, and, where required, documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. pa99 may request KYC documentation at any time, not only at withdrawal.

If pa99 determines at any point that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria above — including if age verification reveals the user is under 18 — the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations and pa99's internal compliance procedures. Bonus winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility will be voided without exception.

Registration on pa99 is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2. Each user may hold exactly one account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Date of birth (confirming you are aged 18 or above)
• Active Bangladesh mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket verification)
• Valid email address you control and actively monitor
• Preferred username and a strong password of at least 8 characters

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa99 Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. pa99 will never ask for your full password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is presumed to be conducted by you and will be treated accordingly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pa99's support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pa99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a utility bill or mobile statement confirming your registered address. All documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. pa99 will not process withdrawals to accounts where the registered name does not precisely match the verified identity document.

The KYC review process is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. During this period, deposits and gameplay may continue unless otherwise indicated. pa99 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or pending KYC documentation.

All financial transactions on the pa99 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and wager settlements — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pa99 does not impose any fees on deposits or standard withdrawals made through supported Bangladesh payment methods. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees independently of pa99; you are responsible for reviewing those terms separately.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits made to your pa99 account are credited to your real-money balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. pa99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. pa99 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to suspend deposits pending that review.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is technically impossible, in which case pa99 will contact you to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts and mobile numbers registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. pa99 processes approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; the final credit to your mobile wallet or bank account is subject to the processing times of the payment provider.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pa99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, terrorist financing, and any other form of financial crime. The platform monitors transaction patterns continuously. Any account exhibiting suspicious transaction behaviour — including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay, or using funds traceable to illegal activity — will be suspended immediately pending investigation. pa99 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law or in the public interest.

The following general conditions apply to all pa99 bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per account, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically at the end of the offer period.
• Bonus funds are ring-fenced from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• pa99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in collusion with other accounts, or in breach of any pa99 policy.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent outside of the stated wagering pathway.
• pa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively disadvantage players who have already accepted and begun wagering under the prior terms.

By using the pa99 platform, you agree to conduct yourself honestly and lawfully at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pa99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and — where applicable — reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false information: Registering under a false name, date of birth, or contact details, or submitting forged or altered identity documents during the KYC process.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the pa99 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any person under 18 in doing so.
• Duplicate accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one pa99 account under any identity or combination of identities.
• Collusion and fraud: Coordinating wagers or casino gameplay with other users to exploit bonus structures, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair financial advantage over pa99 or other players.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool that places wagers or interacts with the pa99 platform without genuine human involvement in real time.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of an obvious software error, pricing mistake, or system malfunction to place wagers at incorrect odds or game parameters. pa99 reserves the right to void such wagers and recover any resulting payments.
• Prohibited payment methods: Using payment methods not registered in your own name, using funds obtained through fraud or theft, or depositing using methods not listed as supported on pa99.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward pa99 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access pa99 through a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions, account suspensions, or self-exclusion orders.

pa99 monitors platform activity continuously for indicators of prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by the monitoring system are reviewed by the compliance team. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pa99 will take appropriate action including — but not limited to — voiding affected wagers, confiscating bonus funds, suspending or permanently closing the account, and withholding withdrawal payments pending investigation.

All content on the pa99 platform — including but not limited to the pa99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software code — is the intellectual property of pa99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pa99 platform for your personal entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any pa99 content without express written authorisation
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pa99 content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the pa99 platform
• Use pa99 branding, trademarks, or content in any commercial context without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of the pa99 platform on any third-party website or application

Game content served within the pa99 casino and sports betting interface is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. All rights in that content remain with the respective studios and their licensors. pa99 does not claim ownership of licensed third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pa99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity failures outside pa99's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or odds data displayed on the platform
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your pa99 Login credentials
• Any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures affecting Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) infrastructure

pa99's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that user to their pa99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pa99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law. These exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

pa99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time of being requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or use of prohibited software
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including being under 18 years of age
• Activation of a self-exclusion order at the user's own request
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a remaining balance below ৳100
• Direction from a relevant legal authority or regulatory body

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your pa99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the verified payment method on file within 5 business days of the closure request being approved, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

pa99 offers self-exclusion as a responsible gaming tool. Users may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion that prevents access to the platform indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits, wagers, or promotional claims may be made. 9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. pa99 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related fee. Dormant account fees, where applied, will not reduce a real-money balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by completing the pa99 Login process and contacting support if your access has been restricted.

pa99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon publication on this page unless a specific future effective date is stated. The version date displayed at the top of this document ("Last Updated") will be revised to reflect each update. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the pa99 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects users' rights or obligations, pa99 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change via the email address registered to your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. In urgent circumstances — such as those required by legal obligation or security necessity — changes may take effect immediately without advance notice.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pa99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

10.3 Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. Any translation provided for informational purposes does not affect the interpretation of the English version, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
